I’ve always been more comfortable behind the scenes.
I’m the one who quietly ensures everything runs smoothly, the strategist who anticipates challenges before they arise.
It’s a role I’ve excelled at, finding satisfaction in the subtle influence I wield. However, a gnawing realization has begun to surface: my aversion to the spotlight might be hindering my full potential.
