Fascinating! I will have to try it. This will sound strange, but I, periodically, go back to a year, in my head, when my health was better. My mental health improves when I do it. It was an idea my sister gave me.☀️

Nice! Will try and see if this works. A therapist told me about Morning Pages, which is an exercise to write first thing in the morning for 3 A4 page sheets. Just pouring your thoughts on paper before starting the day. I'm not regular but whenever I do write, it keeps me centered for sure.

Writing is fantastic. When I'm dealing with an issue, I like to write down everything I can think of in connection with it.

It helps me clear my head, see different angles and solutions, and calm down.
