I love the idea of writing a letter of encouragement to myself. I'm going to try hat because I sure could use it! 👍🏽

Let me know how it worked out. I write love/encouragement letters/notes to myself often—especially on the days that are "challenging " to say the least :-)

I love this. My discourager is henceforth to be known as Miss Persnickety Pants! 🤣

I feel like I have been writing with authenticity for many years, but it wasn’t until recently (here on SS!) that I shared publicly about the chronic illness I’ve been dealing with for 20 years, in my post: Coping … and Hoping. It felt good to share that, and I got good feedback on it.

Thank you for the reminder that the more we show up with and share our full selves, the more connection we create with our readers, and the more blessings flow in both directions. Brava!

Once again, it's such a pleasure seeing evidence we are like-minded soul sisters, Magdalena 💜

Our self-talk is the key to our transformation. Stress can be an encourager rather than a discourager based on how we talk with it.

Journaling is very helpful, too.

This is an excellent framework that is similar to my approach. Thank you for sharing the formula and articulating it clearly.
