The list is so good, I think that it's pretty complete. If there was a book to add about recovering our creativity, I would recommend "The Artist's Way", by Julia Cameron.

I've read three of the twelve. The Body Keeps Score was reccommendedcto me by my physiotherapist, and Brene Brown has a real knack for making me and my feelings seem somehow normal.

I quite like: Sarah Wilson's First, We Make the Beast Beautiful. A new story about anxiety.
