I used to think wrinkles and gray hair were a one-way ticket to irrelevance. Turns out, I was looking in the wrong place for the fountain of youth. It wasn't in a bottle; it was in my brain!

The "Aha!" Moment

I remember the first time I truly lost myself in writing. I was wrestling with a particularly difficult period in my life, and the words just poured out of me. Hours melted away.
