I'm curious why you suggest writing it and then reading it daily, rather than writing daily (or a few times a week) to refine and continue living it?

Dear Jacqueline: great question! without going too deep into science: depending on your learning style (visual, auditory, kinesthetic etc) you get better results using just writing if you are visual learner, using writing + reading if you are auditory learner etc...I hope that helps!
