When I was a teenager I used to write down conversations with myself. Some were happy and some were funny. Being an introvert, I loved to do this. I stopped the practice as I got older.
Reading your article, part of me is thinking to start this practice all over again. If you can do it for 30 days you can do it for 60, 90 and more.
