Magdalena - Thank you for sharing another amazing set of questions, and thus interview, answered by another amazing person. Andy, I knew there was something I rather liked about you the first time I read a note and or response to a note you had written. I remember a feeling of not exactly knowing why and wanting to know more about this person and why this particular feeling was welling up inside me. So, I went and did some investigating.

And now reading a bit more about you and your writing journey herein allows me a better understanding of what I was catching sight of within myself that I did not fully understand even after I did some digging. It shows me once again that we humans can have all the outside facts and answers, so to speak, but until we hear it from the inside of the person writing the words - a good deal of connection to our understanding can be akin to looking in a foggy mirror.

Dear Bronce, your comment stopped me cold. It’s rare for someone to reflect that clearly, that generously, and then put it into words.

The “foggy mirror” image? Spot on. That’s the work, isn’t it? Not to impress, just to clear a bit of the glass so something honest can come through.

And yes, I remember those earlier exchanges. I felt something then too, though I couldn’t quite place it. What you said here puts it into perspective, and brings it into sharper focus.

I’m glad my writing resonates. Truth is, I often wonder if it’s too raw, too personal, or just too much. But what you described, that kind of recognition, reminds me it’s not.

Not because it’s my story, but because it gives others a way into their own.

Also, credit where it’s due: Magdalena Ponurska has a way of drawing things out that might otherwise stay tucked away. I’m grateful she asked what she did.

Thanks for reflecting something so grounded and human back to me. I’d love to hear what it’s been stirring up on your side. Let’s keep going.

Dear Bronce - this is super interesting, b/c I had exactly the same reaction: when I saw Andy's note + his photo's, my first thought/feeling was - I really want to know more about this person! And having the opportunity to learn more about Andy - has been such a blessing!

Aiden, I really appreciate that. Finding that balance with vulnerability, it’s not always easy, but it’s such a game-changer when you get it right.

Keep at it, man. If you ever want to bounce ideas or chat more about storytelling, I’m here.

This story deeply resonated with me as your approach to authenticity fully aligns with mine. This simple and powerful remark is vital to understand by creators. "Sharing vulnerably means being authentic and not reckless with what you choose to share. Vulnerability is not oversharing." Thank you for writing this exceptional piece from the heart.

Dr Mehmet, your words mean a lot, thank you. I’m truly honored that the message resonated with someone of your caliber and experience. The way you’ve built such a collaborative and impactful network is inspiring, and it’s incredible how you’re using your platform to create real change in health, wellness, and beyond. If there’s ever a way I can contribute or support your mission, I’m here.

And I couldn’t agree more: vulnerability is about authenticity, not oversharing. It’s a fine line, but when done right, it’s transformative.
